This is the official administrator manual for myPHPNuke. This manual is written with the idea in mind that an increasing number of Internet users are trying to start their own website using a Content Management System because they want something dynamic and easy to maintain.
Although Content Management Systems are still very much technically oriented, developers are becoming more sensitive to user interface and administrative functions. myPHPNuke is known for its quality and ease of use, and is preferred by many new website administrators. Just as I did, a lot of website administrators have tried several CMS distributions before they ended up with myPHPNuke. At that time, I found it easy to use and was very impressed by the great support the community gave to the users.
Being member of the Development Team (you can become a member too!!!), I have tried to improve on the documentation. I have compiled contributions from the other developers into this manual and I will attempt to keep it updated as time permits. While this manual may not be up-to-date (and probably never will be as there are changes every day), we will strive to provide you with both a great CMS and comprehensive administrative manual.
It is my sincere hope you will find this manual useful and informative. If you have any suggestions, comments, or some great examples for this manual, don't hesitate to e-mail me or post a message with your thoughts in the MPN forum.
